Karmix offers a variety of career services, including but not limited to:

• Resume optimization
• LinkedIn and Naukri profile enhancement
• Cover letter creation
• Skill gap analysis
• Psychometric analysis
• Portfolio guidance
• Job placement assistance through the PayOnPlacement program

• To access Karmix’s services, users must pay a registration fee of ₹999, valid for 3 months.
• If no job opportunities are offered within the 3-month period, users are eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee.
• Users may extend the service for an additional 3 months for ₹499.
• The refund request must be made in writing via email to our support team and will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

• Once a user has secured a job through Karmix’s assistance, they are required to pay a placement fee equal to 10% of their annual salary.
• Users who choose to pay the full placement fee immediately after placement are eligible for a 20% discount, reducing the fee to 8% of their annual salary.
• The placement fee is due within 3 months of receiving a formal job offer.

• Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for Karmix services.
• Users must actively participate in their job search process, which may include completing assigned tasks, applying for recommended jobs, and attending interviews.
• Karmix is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the user-provided information that could negatively affect their job search results.

• Karmix services are available for a range of professional fields, including but not limited to: Data Science, Full Stack Development, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and more.
• While Karmix makes every effort to provide a variety of job opportunities, there is no guarantee that a job offer will be secured within the 3-month service period.

• Karmix reserves the right to terminate a user’s access to services if they violate these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of termination, Karmix may refund any unused portion of the registration fee at its discretion.

• All content provided on the Karmix website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Karmix and is protected by applicable laws.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content provided by Karmix for commercial purposes without express written consent.

• Karmix will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to job placement delays or the user’s employment decisions.
• Karmix’s liability is limited to the registration fee paid by the user.

• Karmix is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

• Karmix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of Karmix services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
